Refund & Cancellation Policy

Inform Sales Ltd

 

Inform Sales Ltd operates on a commission-only, performance-based model.

 

1. No Upfront Fees

   Inform Sales Ltd does not charge retainers or upfront service fees. Commission is earned only upon successful deal closure and confirmed revenue collection by the client.

2. Commission Payments

   Commission payments are final once revenue has been successfully collected and cleared by the client. As payment is made in exchange for completed sales services, commission fees are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation of Services

   Service termination terms are governed by the signed service agreement between Inform Sales Ltd and the client. Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the contractual terms.

4. Outstanding Commission

   Any commission due for successfully closed and collected deals prior to termination remains payable.

5. Consumer Transactions

   Inform Sales Ltd provides services exclusively to B2B clients. We do not sell products or services directly to consumers.
