Inform Sales Ltd

 

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Inform Sales Ltd (“the Company”) to its clients.

 

  1. Services

    Inform Sales Ltd provides commission-based high ticket sales services to B2B businesses. Services include handling qualified sales calls, sales execution, and revenue optimisation support. All services are delivered remotely and digitally.

  2. Engagement

    All services are provided strictly under a written service agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement. No services are delivered without a formal agreement in place.

  3. Commission Structure

    Inform Sales Ltd operates on a commission-only model. Commission rates range between 10–15% of successfully collected revenue, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commission becomes payable only once the client has successfully received cleared funds from a closed deal.

  4. Payment Terms

    Commission invoices are issued in accordance with the signed service agreement and must be paid within the agreed payment period.

  5. No Guarantee of Results

    While Inform Sales Ltd applies structured and professional sales processes, no guarantee of specific revenue outcomes, conversion rates, or financial performance is provided.

  6. Independent Contractor

    Inform Sales Ltd operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.

  7. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for ensuring that their offers, marketing materials, and payment systems comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  8. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    Inform Sales Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

  10. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
