Delivery Policy

Inform Sales Ltd provides professional services rather than physical goods. This policy sets out how each of our services is delivered and the expected timelines.

1. Strategy Consultation (£500)

  • Booking confirmation: immediately, by email, on successful Stripe payment.
  • Session scheduling: a calendar invitation is sent within 1 business day, linked to the Cal.com booking you select, for a mutually agreed time typically within 5–10 business days of purchase.
  • Session delivery: 90-minute working call conducted by video conference (Zoom or Google Meet).
  • Written deliverables: the diagnosis, call framework, and 30-day action plan are delivered by email within 48 hours after the session.

2. Sales Representation (10% commission)

  • Onboarding: begins within 5 business days of signed services agreement. Includes CRM access, call routing setup, and product immersion.
  • Active delivery: we take booked calls in your pipeline according to the agreed schedule. CRM notes and call recordings are delivered within 24 hours of each call.
  • Weekly cadence: a 30-minute review call with your founder or sales lead.
  • Ongoing: monthly reporting on calls taken, close rate, and cash collected alongside the commission invoice.

3. Advisory Retainer (from £2,500 / month)

  • Onboarding: kick-off call scheduled within 3 business days of first invoice payment.
  • Weekly deliverable: 60-minute strategy session + written summary and action list.
  • Quarterly offsite: a 4-hour strategic planning session at the end of each quarter.
  • Async support: Slack / WhatsApp / email response within 1 business day during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 BST/GMT).

4. Format of delivery

All services are delivered remotely by video conference and email. We do not currently offer in-person services as standard. All written deliverables are sent via email or shared through a secure link. Recordings and CRM notes remain accessible to the client for the duration of the engagement plus a 60-day hand-off window.

5. Geographic availability

We work primarily with clients based in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, and North America. We can usually accommodate other time zones with reasonable advance notice.

6. What to do if something's wrong with delivery

If a session is missed on our side, a deliverable is late, or you are otherwise unhappy with how we are delivering the service, email us immediately. We aim to respond within one business day and will work with you in good faith to put things right. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
