2. Services we offer

Inform Sales Ltd provides (a) paid sales strategy consultations, (b) outsourced high-ticket sales representation on a commission basis, and (c) monthly advisory retainers. Detailed descriptions, pricing, and inclusions for each service are published on the Services & Pricing page. Individual engagements may be subject to an additional written services agreement signed by both parties.

  • Advisory Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance at the agreed monthly rate.
  • Where required, VAT is added at the prevailing rate.

4. Card processing fees

When you pay by card through our website, payment is processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd (“Stripe”). 6. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation

Our cancellation and refund rules for each paid service are published in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that document before booking.

7. Our obligations

We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with generally accepted industry standards. We do not guarantee any specific sales outcome, revenue figure, or close rate. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the quality of your product, pricing, lead flow, and existing brand.

8. Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, to give us the access required to perform the services (e.g. CRM, call recordings, calendar), and to pay invoices on time. You are responsible for all legal, tax, and employment obligations relating to your own business and its customers.

9. Intellectual property

All frameworks, scripts, templates, and written materials delivered by Inform Sales Ltd remain our intellectual property. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use those materials internally within your business. You may not resell or publicly distribute our materials without our written consent.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other party's non-public business information confidential both during and after an engagement. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is available on request.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a Sales Representation engagement or Advisory Retainer on 30 days' written notice. Either party may terminate immediately for material breach that is not cured within 14 days of written notice, or on the insolvency of the other party.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with the “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be notified to you in writing.
