Our headline Sales Representation service is commission-only. Here's exactly how it works, and why it's different from a traditional retainer:
- We only invoice commission once the client has actually paid you.
- If a deal is refunded or charged back within 30 days, we refund the commission.
- No setup fee, onboarding fee, or minimum spend.
- We invoice monthly in arrears via Stripe. Standard VAT handling applies.
- Commission does not apply to deals you closed yourself or via another channel.

What deal sizes do you close?
Our sweet spot is £5,000 – £100,000+ per deal. We don't close low-ticket subscription sales.
Who pays the card processing fees?
Inform Sales absorbs standard Stripe processing fees on consultation bookings and retainer invoices paid through our checkout. For Sales Representation commission, you pay your own merchant processing fees on the underlying client sale.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before any paid engagement begins.

How do I pay?
Card payments are processed securely via Stripe. Bank transfers (BACS / SEPA / SWIFT) are accepted for retainer invoices. All invoices show the full legal entity details of Inform Sales Ltd.
